Because this app is not yet registered with Apple's notarization service, macOS may show a "cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer" warning. The app is completely safe — here's how to allow it:
- Right-click (or Control-click) the app in your Applications folder
- Select "Open" from the context menu
- Click "Open" in the dialog — done. macOS remembers your choice.
- Try to open the app normally — macOS will block it and show an alert
- Open System Settings → Privacy & Security
- Scroll down to the section that says "WaChat2PDF was blocked…"
- Click "Open Anyway", then confirm by clicking "Open"
