In one line
The Unlimited plan is intended for individual personal usage. Excessive automated, shared, commercial, or abusive usage may result in throttling or account review.
1. Who this applies to
This Fair Usage Policy applies only to accounts on the Unlimited / Lifetime plan (one-time purchase, lifetime access). Free accounts and credit-pack purchases (Single, Basic, Pro) are not affected by these rules — they continue to work exactly as before.
2. What "unlimited" means
Unlimited means unlimited file conversions for your personal use. It does not mean unlimited devices, unlimited sessions, or unlimited automated requests. The caps below exist so the plan stays affordable for genuine personal users.
3. Active devices — up to 2
You can be logged in on up to 2 trusted devices at the same time (for example, your laptop and your phone). Each new device is registered automatically on first login and listed on your Trusted Devices page. If you try to log in on a 3rd device while two are already active, you'll be asked to remove one first.
4. Active session — only 1 at a time
Only one logged-in session can be active at any moment. If you log in on a different device, the previous session is signed out immediately. You'll see: "Your account was opened on another device." This single rule prevents almost all account sharing without inconveniencing genuine users.
5. Device change cooldown — 1 per 30 days
You can remove a trusted device and replace it with a new one once every 30 days. After removing a device, you must wait 30 days before removing another. This stops resellers from rotating one paid account across many customers.
6. Lifetime device registry cap — 10 unique devices
Over the lifetime of your account, at most 10 unique devices can be registered through the normal swap flow above. This is enough for a decade of normal device changes (phone upgrades, laptop replacements).
If you genuinely need to add an 11th device, the verified slot-release flow activates: we email a 6-digit verification code to your registered email from our PrimeNexa Tech Workspace mailbox ([email protected] or [email protected]). Enter the code on the Trusted Devices page and an old device slot will be freed for the new one. This exists to support legitimate device lifecycle, not account sharing.
7. Daily export cap — 15 per 24 hours
You can convert up to 15 files in any rolling 24-hour window. The counter resets 24 hours after the first export of the window — it is not a calendar-day reset, so exporting at 11pm and again at 1am does not reset the count.
15 exports per day is far above the volume any individual personal user reasonably needs. If you genuinely require more, the credit-pack tiers (Single / Basic / Pro) or a commercial license is the right fit — please contact us.
8. What triggers account review
Behaviour that suggests sharing, resale, or commercial-scale automation may trigger an account review. Common signals:
- Frequent device swapping or repeated lifetime-cap OTP requests.
- Rapid logins from very different geographic locations.
- 24/7 activity patterns or scripted request signatures.
- Multiple paid users appearing to share one account.
Possible actions, in order of severity: temporary throttle → one-time email OTP step-up → manual review → suspension without refund. We try to talk to you first wherever possible.
9. Why these limits exist
The price of the Unlimited plan is low because it is sized for one person. Every shared or resold account makes the plan less sustainable. Fair-use limits let us protect against abuse while keeping the price within reach for individual personal users.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update the specific numerical limits above with notice via email and an updated date on this page. Material changes apply going forward, not retroactively. The summary line at the top of this page is the source of truth in plain English.
Have a legitimate edge case?
If you are a small team, a journalist working on an investigation, or a legal/compliance professional with genuine high-volume needs, contact us. We'd rather find the right fit than have you bump into limits.
